If you remember the days when MTV used to play music videos, then odds are you remember Kennedy from her time as a VJ. Throughout much of the ‘90s she was host of the late-night alternative rock program Alternative Nation, helping to popularize bands like Nirvana, Soundgarden and Pearl Jam.
Currently, you can hear her on KYSR 98.7 FM in Los Angeles (6 am to 10 am) as the host of “Music in the Mornings.”
Kennedy has also been seen debating pop culture and political issues on Fox News Channel’s Fox & Friends and HBO’s Real Time with Bill Maher. She also appears as an entertainment and reality expert on VH1 and E! Entertainment Television.
